Built around clinicians.
Doctors&Co is an Australian healthcare group of GP, dental, wellness and allied health clinics in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Many are in areas short of GPs (Distribution Priority Areas). We take on the work around the care, so the people in our clinics can focus on patients and their careers.

Why we exist
The hard part of running a clinic isn't the medicine.
It's everything around it: the lease, accreditation, rosters, payroll, recruitment, technology and the succession plan that never gets written. Most clinicians were never trained for any of it. The ways to grow (into leadership, new skills or ownership) usually have to be built one practice at a time.
Doctors&Co exists to carry that load. Our teams take on the business side so clinicians can focus on care, and the Doctors&Co Academy is built to help them gain new skills and step into leadership.
Our job is to protect clinical independence by giving clinicians the infrastructure, governance, and long-term planning that lets them focus on medicine, not administration.

Many of our clinics are in outer suburbs and regional towns short of GPs. We work to keep clinics open where a closure would leave a community with little or no GP access.
